Social Content Creator & Strategist
We’re looking for a Social Content Creator & Strategist who knows how to capture moments, tell real stories, and build community and trust through social media. This role plays a key part in amplifying our brand, building preference, and creating meaningful connection.
This is a hands-on role for a creative photo and video editor and strong writer who understands that great social media is not about selling. It is about showing expertise, relationships, and culture in a way that feels natural, informed, and human. You should be comfortable creating high-quality, platform-specific content using your phone and or camera, editing short-form video, and thinking strategically about how content performs over time and across platforms.
You will help establish our brands as trusted resources in the luxury lifestyle, technology, and design space through consistent, thoughtful content and engagement. The role supports social content and strategy across World Wide Stereo, Gramophone, and Gramophone Design Build.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Conceptualize, capture, edit, and publish high-quality photo and video content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts
- Create platform-appropriate captions and written content aligned with brand voice
- Focus heavily on short-form video and visual storytelling
- Capture content in showrooms, on job sites, at events, and with partners
Social Strategy & Trend Awareness
- Identify relevant platform trends, cultural moments, and industry conversations
- Apply trends thoughtfully and selectively in a way that aligns with a premium, design-forward brand
- Plan and manage content calendars across multiple accounts
- Publish content consistently and intentionally
Community Engagement
- Manage day-to-day interaction across social channels, including comments and messages
- Build and nurture an engaged, authentic community
- Engage with partners, collaborators, and peers to strengthen relationships
- Represent the brand in person at events and partner spaces
Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, creative, and leadership teams to align content with broader brand and campaign goals
- Collaborate with architects, designers, builders, and brand partners to highlight shared work
Analytics & Optimization
- Track and review performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and impressions
- Use insights to refine content strategy and improve performance over time
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A strong portfolio of social-first photo and video content
- Proficiency in photography, videography, and editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar
- Excellent editing skills with strong visual instincts
- Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and short-form video culture
- Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and match brand voice
- Comfort working in high-end, design-forward environments
- Organized, self-directed, and creatively driven
- A growth mindset, curiosity, and desire to keep learning

Under the general direction of the Sales Manager, the Sales and System Designer is directly responsible for securing new business and managing relationships with new & existing clients/customers. He/she is responsible for meeting or exceeding sales quotas/goals, maintaining a continuous prospecting system, and maintaining current knowledge of all products, services, and marketing/sales skills. Responsible for calling on existing customers to increase market share and produce a maximum amount of profitable new account sales. Responsible for closing long-term recurring revenue contracts and selling mid to large-scale residential and commercial integrated systems with clients.
Responsibilities:
- Plans, organize, and implements sales/marketing programs.
- Responsible for achieving objectives in the region.
- Manages or oversees the management of client/customer accounts.
- Generates client proposals, presentations, and engineering documents.
- Meets with customers at each stage of the sales process to close the sale, answer questions and provide follow-up instruction and technical assistance for all aspects of our product and service offerings.
- Inspection of all work in progress after rough-in and trim-out for quality control purposes.
- Maintain working knowledge of all relevant developments in the field.
- Uses all available resources (Referrals, Route Leads, Phone Day, Cold Calls, etc.) and maintains an ongoing prospecting activity and system to identify and contact new prospects for expanding the prospect base within the assigned territory.
Skills:
Candidates will possess strong character, excellent sales skills, and a great attitude! Our structured sales training program will allow non-technical sales executives to succeed and excel in the company.
Requirements:
4-year business degree preferred or equivalent experience in a related field. Willingness to work hard, demonstrate perseverance, determination, and self-discipline.
- Compensation is based on salary plus commission and/or bonus.
