Theva N°3-D is the Home Cinema loudspeaker that spatialises all your listening experiences in the most spectacular way. A speaker driver with directional baffle, positioned on top of the loudspeaker, reflects sound waves onto the ceiling and reproduces 3D Dolby Atmos® sound effects. Action scenes in the air, pouring rain or rolling thunder are all brought to life. Combined with the Slatefiber technology in the speaker drivers and the TNF tweeter (both exclusive Focal technologies), the sound is immersive, precise and dynamic. Made in France, Theva N°3-D has a design with delicate, refined details. With an additional front panel, sleek black or wood finishes, metallic and screen-printed rings, magnetic grille and rear vent positioning, every single detail is highly refined.

Dolby Atmos® Effects

Dolby Atmos® is a technology developed specifically for audio products. Dolby Atmos®-equipped loudspeakers are “enabled speakers”: in addition to their speaker drivers in the front panel (horizontal channels), they incorporate a speaker driver on the top (vertical channel) which reflects the sound around the entire listening room. This technology also isolates each sound from the original soundtrack and mix, like an independent audio object, for the most detailed sound reproduction, all spatialized in 3 dimensions. With Dolby Atmos®, the emotion of cinema is transported into the heart of your lounge.

Detailed Sound

Exclusive to Focal and made in France, the Slatefiber cone is made from recycled carbon fibers applied as a filling sandwiched between two layers of thermoplastic polymer. In their quest for perfection, Focal's engineers have opted to use non-woven carbon fibers, all pointing in the same direction to achieve greater rigidity, better damping and lightness – the “essentials” of a great speaker driver. Renowned for reproducing a rich, dynamic and balanced sound, this exclusive cone features in numerous Focal products across their home, studio and car audio ranges. 

Outstanding Treble

Made by Focal in France, the Aluminum/Magnesium TNF tweeter with inverted dome delivers a clear and mellow treble. The surround linking the dome to its stand uses a memory foam material called Poron. This surround is directly derived from the Utopia’s famous Beryllium tweeter and reduces distortion by a third between 2000Hz and 3000Hz, the ear’s high-sensitivity range. This Focal tweeter guarantees an impressively stable soundstage.

Available in sleek and elegant Black, Dark Wood, and Light Wood finishes. The wood effect on the side panels lends a warm feel. The line is at home in both classic and modern interiors, combining beautifully with different styles of furniture and other materials such as metal, concrete, stone, and more.
