My dad Ron Rumer — the Vice President of World Wide Stereo — is not only the hardest working person I know, but he's the hardest person to shop for. And Father's Day is always a head-scratcher. But, there are a few things in his life that are definite: he loves John Deere tractors, he loves my mom, and he loves a well manicured, party-perfect, back yard. Every Friday, as soon as the weather gets nice enough, my dad and my mom have a standing date by their fire pit. And, every Sunday, my dad has a standing date with his lawn. He's literally always doing yard work; he absolutely loves it.
About Ron and Ryan Rumer:
Ron was one of World Wide Stereo's first hires back in 1979 - when he was only 17 - and he's been with us ever since and now at the helm of our Technology Integration and Custom Installation Department. For decades, Ron was the friendly face and big smile you'd see when you'd walk in the door of our Montgomeryville showroom and now, it's his son, Ryan. And last year, Ryan surprised his dad for Father's Day with the epic gift of a Sonnance landscape speaker system to take that beautiful back yard of his to the next level.
