Premium DAC Design
A brand-new DAC design, with differential output engaged, means that Bluesound's audiophile-grade streamer now sounds even better. The NODE boasts a signal-to-noise ratio of -113dB and a distortion level of 0.002%, a notable performance enhancement over the previous model. In that sense, the NODE just may be the most affordable high-end audio component on the planet.
A True Hi-Fi Streamer
The NODE stays true to its hi-res audio foundations while providing incredible flexibility for any HiFi setup. In addition to its own high-performance internal DAC, the NODE now supports USB Audio 2.0 output on the Type-A port, with the ability to send 24bit/192kHz digital audio via USB to a separate, external DAC of choice. Of course, you also get BluOS, the world’s leading hi-res multi-room system that connects the NODE to all the music ever recorded – endless possibilities to unlock the full potential of your listening setup.
Intuitive Touch Controls
An elegant, full-glass interface with capacitive touch LED controls graces the top of the NODE, providing you with an intuitive touchpoint for play, pause, volume, and presets. The NODE also features a proximity sensor, ensuring that the array of LEDs on the top panel do not cause any unwanted light pollution, only turning on as you place your hand close – when the controls are needed.

RC1 Remote Control for BluOS Systems
Introducing Bluesound's first remote control, the RC1. This functional and sleek accessory allows you to control music easily and quickly, without picking up a tablet or phone.
The idea is simple. Nothing complicated, nothing difficult; all of Bluesound's most-used functions at the tip of your fingers. The RC1 has been designed so that the most important buttons - like volume control, mute, and play/pause are located in the most likely and easy-to-use positions. Add 10 useful buttons for presets, and the RC1 becomes an incredibly handy little point-and-play.
All Bluesound Gen 2 and Gen 2i Players have an IR sensor built-in and now have the IR commands for the RC1 embedded in BluOS. This means that as long as your Player is updated with the most recent BluOS firmware, the RC1 will work right out of the box - just insert the included coin-cell batteries and you are ready to go.
As an added bonus: BluOS-enabled NAD products (non-MDC) can also be controlled with the RC1.

Works Out of the Box
With the IR codes now built into BluOS, the RC1 will work right out of the box. Just ensure the player is on the latest firmware, insert the included 3V CR2032 coin-cell batteries, and start listening!
10 Preset Buttons
Pulse Flex owners love the 5 preset buttons on the top of their player; with the RC1 you will have quick access to 10 presets! These can be set as normal through the BluOS app - pick your favorite radio stations, playlists, and inputs and assign them a number for quick and easy listening later on.
8 IR Channels
Ensure the RC1 is controlling what you want it to. Players can now be set in the BluOS app to operate on 1 of 8 different IR channels (0-7).
